Depending on the size of the model and other factors it can take up to a week to onboard your models. This is not because there is a waiting list but there is simply a heavy workload before a chatter can even step foot in the account.
For example:
An optimal personality for the model must be created and the relevant chatting team needs to be properly trained up on that specific personality.
Or, there may be deficiencies in the models content, and we would ask you to provide suitable content.
Or the account may have an unoptimised posting
Whilst other chatting services may offer onboarding in less than 24 hours we will not and would never rush an unprepared team onto the accounts. Should you desperately need a chatting solution in under 24 hours we would recommend looking for a different agency.
A chatting ratio is – in our opinion – an outdated and incomplete metric to analyse the efficacy of a chatting team. It just depends on so many factors for it to be a reasonable assessment.
One way we analyse a raw metric is to simply divide new subs revenue by total revenue. For example one of our clients made $1,309.60 in new sub revenue and $41,788.66 total revenue. Therefore we would do the following calculation:
$41,788.66 / $1309.60 = $31.91
So what this calculates is how much revenue is being generated per dollar of new subscribers. In this example, every dollar we take in from new subscribers we are generating $31.91 in total revenue.
